Reliability Utilities
Plots of multiple OC curves may be displayed, allowing for simple comparison of alternative test plans. Monte Carlo simulations may also be performed to determine expected test times or to demonstrate the attributes of your test plan. Test plans may also be saved and retrieved for later use.
The current version is 1.1 dated 25 Oct 2002. There are two Windows versions of 1.1 RTP available - one for NT/XP/2000 and one for 98/95/ME. Both are self-extracting zip files (each 7,643,136 bytes). After unzipping, you must run “Setup.exe”.
Earlier (and smaller) versions are still available for downloading.

Reliability Test Planner -
The Reliability Test Planner (RTP) software simplifies the construction of statistical reliability test plans for the exponential and binomial distributions. By specifying test parameters (length, failures, consumers or producers risks), the OC Curves and risks can be quickly calculated. The test plans may then be modified and tailored to meet your needs. The user has the option of choosing from the test plans in MIL-HDBK-781 or creating original test plans, either fixed length or sequential (PRST).
