Introduction to Six Sigma
Four-Hour Seminar

In today's global economy with competition invading from every side, businesses need to develop programs to improve the quality, efficiency, reliability and agility in the design, development and delivery of products and services. Regardless of the business sector that you work in, whether it is information technology, laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, operations health care, service, finance or other, you will continue to be challenged to do more with less. Six Sigma methodology is a disciplined and structured core competency that assures business success in today's environment by focusing companies on customer needs and linking outputs back to input variables for the purpose of improving operational processes.

Course Objectives

To provide an understanding of Six Sigma philosophy, tools and concepts, and learn how Lean manufacturing and Reliability can be linked to key aspects of Six Sigma programs. During this seminar, the attendees will discover that "better quality and reliability of products and services, faster delivery and lower cost" are achievable through the application of Six Sigma, Reliability and Lean manufacturing tools.
