Everyday we are surrounded by increasing complexity. The demands of the marketplace are changing more rapidly. The impacts of our decisions become more far reaching. Systems Thinking helps to provide insights for the management of the increasing complexity.

This presentation will look at the features of Systems Thinking and how they inter-relate. Through an interactive dialog the session will discover how these thought processes will help to bring order to the chaos, drive better decisions and result in more creative solutions to customer needs.
